Birthday Dinner

Lemon Garlic Shirmp

12 jumbo shrimp
2 T garlic, minced
1 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil
black pepper and salt to taste

Marinade the shrimp for at least an hour in the lemon juice and garlic and salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add shrimp. Cook about 3 minutes per side just till pink and curled.
